Formara Print & Marketing has joined Capital Connect, the business membership network led by Capital City College, aimed at strengthening links between education and industry across London.

Capital Connect brings employers together to support skills development, raise business visibility, and build partnerships that align training with real workplace needs. By joining the network, Formara will collaborate with educators and other businesses to share industry insight and support employability initiatives.

Formara, which has more than 50 years of experience in providing printed marketing materials and direct mail services, works with clients across the education, finance, healthcare, and research sectors. The company said its involvement in Capital Connect will create opportunities to engage with students and contribute to skills development programmes.

“Strong relationships between education and industry are essential for building future-ready skills,” said Andy Pond, managing director at Formara Print & Marketing. “Joining Capital Connect allows us to share our experience and support meaningful connections between learning and the world of work.”

Capital City College said the Capital Connect network plays a key role in ensuring that education and training provision reflects current business needs, offering members access to networking opportunities and collaboration across the college community.

Through the partnership, Formara aims to support skills development and help bridge the gap between education and industry.
