Scodix has announced two senior sales appointments as part of its ongoing efforts to scale its global operations and support continued growth in digital print embellishment. Justin Webb has been appointed vice president of sales for North America, while Moti Vaknin takes on the role of VP sales for EMEA and global channels.
The appointments follow what Scodix describes as a year of strategic growth in 2025, which included the launch of the Scodix Luxe application and the opening of a new European Experience Centre. The company says the expanded leadership team will support increasing demand for tactile, high-impact, and sustainable print applications across commercial print, packaging and related markets.
Mr Vaknin will be responsible for leading both direct and indirect sales organisations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. He joins Scodix with more than a decade of experience in high-capital equipment markets, with a focus on building and scaling partner ecosystems. In his new role, he will oversee sales strategies intended to help print service providers realise returns on investment from the Scodix Ultra platform across a range of global markets.
Mr Webb, meanwhile, will lead sales operations in North America. He brings over 11 years’ experience managing sales teams and developing long-term partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders. Scodix says his appointment supports its continued expansion in packaging, web-to-print and commercial print segments in the region.
“We pride ourselves on the fact that our leadership team consists of experts who provide true consultancy to our customers,” said Scodix CEO, Eli Grinberg. “Moti and Justin’s insights and experience are a perfect fit for Scodix. Their appointments underline our commitment to empowering our global teams and ensuring we help our customers maximize their efficiency, profitability, and trust in Scodix as a long-term partner.”
Mr Webb added: “I am thrilled to be appointed Scodix’s new Vice President of Sales for North America at such an exciting point in its journey. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a talented team at a brand that has defined the digital enhancement category. Scodix’s customer-first strategy and its commitment to sustainable, tool-free production make it the clear leader in the industry.”
Scodix currently has more than 400 customers worldwide and offers a range of digital embellishment applications through its Scodix Ultra platform, including foil, varnish, and 3D enhancement.
