Users can upload a PDF and instantly verify whether it meets key print requirements such as bleed, resolution, colour space, and font embedding. The results are displayed in a simple report aimed at both technical and non-technical users.

“Printers spend a lot of time checking incoming artwork that turns out to have the same avoidable problems,” said Nate Duckworth, co-founder of Artworker. “This tool does not replace prepress, but it helps teams and customers identify problems earlier so jobs move faster and with fewer delays.”

Users can perform up to three free checks per day on files up to 20 MB, while print shops can share the link directly with customers to help reduce problematic artwork submissions.

The release builds on Artworker’s growing suite of free utilities for the printing industry, following its online file-sharing tool that enables secure artwork transfer without login barriers or email attachments.

For businesses needing greater capacity or automation, Artworker offers paid plans with unlimited checks, automated fixups, and workflow features including proofing, annotations, branded portals, and MIS integration.
