Wallaceprint.com has nearly doubled its production capacity following the installation of a Liyu Platinum KCXL Pro UV flatbed printer and Liyu XL Q-Cut digital flatbed cutter from Liyu England.
The Rochester-based, family-run company has been in business for more than 40 years and employs 32 staff across its 1200sqm site. Working with agencies, marketing teams, and end users, it offers a full in-house service from design through to installation.
CEO and owner Gary Wallace said: “Our core strengths lie in offering a full-service in-house solution. We can deliver everything our customers need, from creative concept through print production to finishing and installation. We have built a reputation for quality, speed, and versatility by delivering complex, time-sensitive projects without compromising on quality.”

The company has enjoyed sustained growth, with sales revenue increasing by 50% in the first five months of 2025. According to Mr Wallace, this has been driven by repeat work from long-standing clients and a rise in demand for complex, short-run projects requiring faster turnaround.
The decision to invest in Liyu technology followed almost two years of research. “Customers are not just asking for more work, they are asking for more and more complex projects and we never want to say no in those circumstances,” said Mr Wallace. “The new Liyu printer and cutter together allow us to print oversized panels and displays fast and then cut and finish them with greater accuracy and flexibility. This means we can take on bigger and more ambitious projects, such as large exhibition stands, retail rollouts and custom POS.”
He added that the equipment has already delivered improved efficiency, reduced waste and shorter turnaround times. “Most important of all, we have been able to say ‘Yes’ to projects that would previously have been beyond our scope,” he said.
Mr Wallace also praised the support provided by Liyu England. “I was impressed with the knowledge and attitude of the team,” he said. “They put our needs first in the way we do with our customers and I was very confident that they would support us well throughout what is sure to be a long and fruitful relationship.”
