Six commercial print businesses across the globe have implemented GelatoConnect’s cloud-based operating system in a bid to streamline workflows and scale profitably.
The new adopters – Friedmann Print Data Solutions (Germany), Ink N Art (USA), Meta Brasil, Northwest Framing (USA), The Print Authority (USA), and Truly Engaging (USA) – join a growing list of users that includes GSB Digital, Xpress and ESP Colour, all of whom report measurable business improvements following the adoption of the software.
GelatoConnect offers three integrated modules – procurement, workflow, and logistics – designed to automate processes and increase visibility and control across production sites, equipment types, and supply chains. Developed by Norwegian organisation Gelato, the platform is built for high-complexity, short-run digital production environments. It incorporates AI-driven features such as automated inventory deductions, smart imposition tools and onboarding agents.
Commenting on the decision to implement GelatoConnect, Philipp Friedmann of Friedmann Print Data Solutions, said: “Its ability to seamlessly connect with our machine park will be instrumental in optimising our data-driven processes, reducing complexities, and ultimately, delivering superior value and faster turnarounds for our customers.”
Brenda Baird, CEO of Truly Engaging, commented: “GelatoConnect doesn’t just help us meet our high standards—it amplifies them. The software and network give us more visibility, more control, and the ability to scale with speed and precision.”
The Print Authority’s Connor Pera, added: “It’s hard not to want to build a great business when the team supporting you is so invested in your success.”
