The iGen4 Diamond Edition
The next generation of Xerox’s iGen4 platform, the iGen4 Diamond Edition, will be available from May 1 and aims to make production times faster.
With the new printer, job setup is easier and production times are faster, giving print solution providers a competitive edge when producing brochures, catalogues, magazines and direct mail pieces. It also has precise, repeatable colour image quality so the first printed piece looks the same as the last one.
Many of the enhancements of the printer are time saving, automated features found on the iGen 150 Press, including the 660 mm stacker, and colour maintenance that takes the complexity and manual labour out of analysing colours.
The enhancements on the new machine will be available to current iGen4 customers, including automatic image to paper setup, IntegratedPLUS finishing solution for booklets, increased efficiency and automated colour maintenance.
Print companies can also use the company’s ProfitAccelerator digital business resources – the largest collection of business development tools and services in the industry, according to Xerox, to make the most of their technology investment.
