The Magic Transfer Company has announced further upgrades to its 30Pro desktop DTF transfer printer, aimed at users producing short runs and requiring a compact entry-level system.
The company says the 30Pro is intended in part for DTF users that outsource higher-volume transfer production to third-party fulfilment providers but require an in-house option for faster-turnaround and shorter-run work. The system is designed to handle runs of up to 50 transfers.
The purpose-built desktop printer uses a single high-density original DX11-F1080-A Epson print head and can produce transfers using either A3 sheets or a 30cm x 100m roll.
Updates to the 30Pro include a smaller footprint, built-in film cutter, colour touchscreen control panel and a clear print head cover. The system is supplied with The Magic Transfer Company’s patented Low-Sediment DTF ink, which is designed to reduce the potential for blockages or print nozzle issues when the machine is not being used.
Other features include white ink circulation and an anti-collision system designed to protect the print head, as well as controlled platform temperature. Waste ink and ink shortage alarms are also incorporated into the machine, while Fiery RIP software is available as an option.
The Magic Transfer Company is positioning the 30Pro for users whose production volumes, requirements or available space do not yet justify investment in a larger production system. The company also supplies and supports two-, four-, six- and eight-head DTF production models.
The 30Pro is supplied with a one-year warranty, while customers can choose between manual and automated transfer curing options depending on their requirements.
The Magic Transfer Company also provides technical and marketing support to users of the system, with delivery, installation and training options available on request.
