PlastGrommet will showcase a range of banner finishing automation and media handling solutions at Printing United Expo 2026, taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center from 23-25 September.
Exhibiting on Booth C2431, the company will demonstrate equipment designed to streamline large-format finishing workflows and improve production efficiency across banner and textile applications.
Among the systems on display will be the Finishing Station, which combines welding and grommeting in a single process. The latest version has been upgraded with a camera that reads grommet marks, helping to simplify operation for users.
Also being demonstrated is the Evolve Air Welder, a multi-purpose hot air welding system that will be shown with a synchronised conveyor belt. Working in tandem with the machine’s traction rollers, the conveyor is designed to make handling longer media easier during extended welds.
The stand will also feature a selection of automatic and semi-automatic grommeting equipment. Automatic presses on display will include the Evolution, Autocross and Multipress models, while the Queen and Speed Queen semi-automatic presses will demonstrate grommet application across a range of materials. Visitors will also be able to see both clear plastic and brass grommets in use.
Media handling equipment will include the Compact Lifter for rolls weighing up to 440lb, the battery-powered Compact e-Lifter Pro for rolls up to 660lb, the RollMax Lifter for rolls up to 992lb, and the battery-operated RollMax e-Lifter Pro, which is designed to handle large-diameter rolls of the same weight.
Information on PlastGrommet’s larger integrated banner and textile finishing platforms will also be available throughout the exhibition, with the company’s team on hand to discuss wider automation solutions.
