Inkcups Europe has expanded its UK and Ireland team with the appointments of Sarah Fenna as sales manager and Keith Apps as field service engineer.
The company said the appointments are intended to strengthen customer relationships and support its growing customer base across the region, particularly in the direct-to-object printing market.
Ms Fenna will lead sales activity in the UK and Ireland, focusing on both existing and prospective customers across sectors including drinkware, homeware, promotional products, and packaging. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the print industry and has previously held roles selling digital print equipment for companies including Mimaki, Agfa, and Fujifilm. She joins Inkcups after six years at Soyang Hardware, where she worked as business development manager and sales director.

Keith Apps
Mr Apps will focus on technical support for customers in the UK and Ireland, including installations, repairs, customer training, and remote and on-site support. Before joining Inkcups, he worked at Hybrid Services, supporting Mimaki products through installations, service visits, and technical support. His previous experience also includes roles at swissQprint, Spandex, and HP.
The appointments increase the number of UK-based employees within Inkcups Europe to three, following the appointment of Anthony Lye as field service engineer in 2024.
The company also announced plans to invest in a UK-based third-party logistics facility, which is expected to improve efficiencies for customers in the UK and Ireland from October.
“Interest in Inkcups’ pioneering direct-to-object printing technology is growing and these appointments, along with our investment in streamlining logistics to more quickly serve customers in the UK and Ireland, demonstrate our commitment to providing dedicated localised support to customers as we continue to expand our operations in Europe,” said Hendrik Koemans, sales director Europe at Inkcups. “Sarah is already building strong relationships with customers, and Keith and Anthony are invaluable in providing technical support, service and training to Inkcups users in the UK and Ireland.”
