Nutec Digital Ink has announced the release of Diamond D10-GF-CS25, a gamma-butyrolactone (GBL)-free eco-solvent ink designed as a plug-and-play alternative for Mimaki CS250 inks.
The company states that the new ink is chemically and colour matched to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product, allowing Mimaki users to switch without the need for flushing or re-profiling. This is intended to support continuous production while maintaining consistent print quality.
Diamond D10-GF-CS25 has been developed for wide-format printing applications, including advertising and display graphics. According to Nutec, the ink is suitable for uses such as signage, vehicle branding, banners, posters, and outdoor graphics, and is formulated to provide colour accuracy, stable jetting performance, and durability on flexible substrates including self-adhesive vinyl and vehicle wraps.
The ink features a GBL-free formulation and a low-odour profile, alongside abrasion and chemical resistance. Nutec says these characteristics make the product suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments, and align with international regulatory and safety standards by eliminating gamma-butyrolactone.
“The latest Diamond D10-GF-CS25 range reinforces our commitment to developing high-quality, printer-specific inks that offer peace of mind to our customers,” said Darren Claassens, head of sales and marketing at Nutec Digital Ink. “With no flushing or profiling required, users can transition easily while benefiting from the reliability and support that comes with Nutec Digital’s IDS Warranty.”
Diamond D10-GF-CS25 is compatible with Mimaki JV100, CJV100, JV200 and CJV200 printers. It is available in CMYK with an 18-month shelf life and is supplied in one-litre bottles, with or without chip options. The ink is distributed globally through Nutec Digital Ink’s authorised network.
