Print4All has confirmed a shift to a biennial format from the original triennial schedule. The next edition of the printing and converting trade fair is scheduled to take place at Fiera Milano from 25 to 28 May 2027.
Print4All brings together suppliers of machinery, technologies, and materials across the printing and converting supply chain. The decision follows the 2025 edition, which welcomed 269 exhibitors and more than 20,000 professional visitors from 68 countries.
According to the organisers, the revised timing reflects changes in the international exhibition calendar and aims to better align with the planning needs of exhibitors and visitors. The move is also intended to reinforce Print4All’s position as a European reference point for the sector.
The organisers highlighted the resilience of the Italian printing and converting machinery industry despite a challenging geopolitical and economic backdrop. Italy remains the world’s third-largest exporter of printing and converting machinery, with a 10% global market share, according to ACIMGA data, and the United States continuing as its main export destination.
Print4All 2027 will again position itself as a meeting point for the full supply chain, spanning packaging, labels, publishing and commercial print. The event will also continue to host Corrugated Experience, focusing on technologies for corrugated cardboard production, handling and both conventional and digital printing.
Alongside the calendar change, Print4All has unveiled a new visual identity that will be used in promotional activity leading up to 2027. Developed by Advision, the visual concept places people at the centre of the printing process, emphasising the relationship between materials, technology, and human creativity. The accompanying slogan, “print for all who have something to say,” is intended to underline the versatility of print and its role in communication across markets.
Prior to the 2027 fair, the Print4All Conference will return on 1 and 2 July 2026 at the Ville Ponti Congress Centre in Varese. Organised by ACIMGA and ARGI, the conference will focus on the relationship between people, machines, and everyday life, under the themes Human+Machine and Human+Life. It will explore how automation, data, and artificial intelligence are reshaping the printing and converting sector.
