Inkcups has appointed Sebastian Teichmann as service manager for Europe, overseeing installations, integrations, and service support for customers across Europe and the UK.
Based in Freudenberg, Germany, Mr Teichmann will lead Inkcups’ European service operations, managing complex installations, system integrations, and technical escalations while supporting the company’s team of field service engineers.
He joins the business with more than 20 years’ experience in the inkjet printing industry, having previously worked at Kornit Digital, EFI, and Fujifilm. Most recently, he served as Tier 3 remote support lead for EMEA at Kornit Digital, where he managed product specialists, handled escalations, upgrades, and beta projects, and analysed service metrics to drive process improvements.
