Web-to-print solutions provider OnPrintShop has released version 12.2 of its software platform, the second major update in just four months.

Building on the foundation of version 12.1 – which focused on expanding functionality for print service providers – this latest release introduces several enhancements aimed at improving the overall experience for both print buyers and providers.

Version 12.2 includes new features such as adaptive-size templates, kit product offerings, dynamic filters, a new “Bricks” pattern option in the pattern creator, and a cover page personalisation tool within the document printing module. These additions are designed to simplify the customisation process and offer more flexible design options for end users.

The update also introduces backend enhancements intended to support a wider range of business models. Print providers can now configure product types for offline customers and define tiered pricing structures based on user groups and store types. For B2B customers, the platform now supports password-less login and two-factor authentication for approved email domains – improving both security and accessibility.

Guest users will also benefit from the release, with an optimised checkout experience aimed at reducing friction and speeding up order completion. Other incremental improvements include SEO enhancements, simplified quote management, updated shipping settings, a “Production Time Spent” summary report, reward point management tools, and an image straightening feature.

According to OnPrintShop, version 12.2 was developed in response to customer feedback and is part of the company’s ongoing effort to adapt to the evolving needs of the printing industry. The platform continues to focus on tools that enhance workflow efficiency and help print businesses better serve their customers in a competitive market.
