Canon has secured places on all four lots of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6361 Framework. The news reinforces its long-standing role as a supplier of print and document solutions to the UK public sector.
Effective from 15 September 2025 and running for four years, the RM6361 Framework is the UK’s largest public sector contract for print, managed print services, and document solutions. It enables public sector organisations to access Canon’s full Digital Printing & Solutions (DP&S) portfolio, including workspace solutions, production print, large format, and outsourced services.
Canon has been a supplier on CCS frameworks for more than 25 years. The latest appointment covers Lot 1 for multifunctional devices (MFDs) with uniFLOW Online software, Lot 2 for a full catalogue of devices, software, and consumables, Lot 3 for managed services with cost-per-page pricing, and Lot 4 for hardware compatible with the GovPrint Cloud Service. Canon has also supported partner organisations in securing positions on Lots 2 and 3.
One of the framework’s key updates is a new commercial model, which aims to simplify contracting, improve cost predictability, and support operational efficiency for government departments and agencies.
Robert Fisher, framework manager, public sector at Canon UK & Ireland, said: “This framework win is a testament to the collaborative efforts across Canon and our partners. We’re excited about the growth and impact this strategic opportunity will bring to our public sector engagements. Our continued inclusion reflects Canon’s commitment to delivering value, innovation, and reliability to our customers.”
Crown Commercial Service helps public sector organisations achieve commercial value in procurement. In 2023–24 it reported savings worth £4.9 billion for the public sector.
