A new digital fine art paper collection, Droplet, has been launched by paper maker GF Smith. Droplet is a curated selection of inkjet-compatible papers suitable for a range of creative applications, such as photography.
Described by the company as a range “curated with precision and possibility in mind,” Droplet comprises a variety of surface textures, weights, tones and finishes, all designed to work seamlessly with modern inkjet printing technologies. The papers are aimed at photographers, artists, and print professionals seeking reliable fine art media for creative and commercial work.
According to the companies, the Droplet collection has been developed to offer both versatility and quality, catering to a broad spectrum of applications across the digital fine art print sector.
“Droplet is beautifully made, effortlessly versatile and ready for any creative project,” said the company. The new substrate is available on the GF Smith website.
The Droplet range is available exclusively through GF Smith and the company’s distributor, RK Burt, long-established suppliers of specialist papers to the creative industries. The company said the new paper is positioned to meet the needs of today’s digitally driven fine art market. Droplet is available in 24in and 44in roll formats, and is compatible with all modern inkjet printers, including Canon, Epson and HP.
