Xerox reseller Xeretec has announced a strategic merger with Aberdeen-based North East Reprographics (NER) and Solution X. This has increased the group’s footprint in the UK, allowing extended coverage and an enhanced helpdesk facility, field-based dedicated customer service agents and the provision of additional client services.
Xeretec claims to be Xerox’s largest Managed Print Service Provider in the UK, and a top five Xerox reseller in Europe. It offers integration of digital print hardware, software, solutions and services.
