At Heimtextil, Epson Europe will showcase its latest range of SureColor dye sublimation printers developed for the production of home textiles and decorated housewares. Easy-to-use and affordable, the printers offer complete flexibility when producing small-to-medium volumes of high-quality interior décor products.
The flexible SC-F6200 44-inch printer meanwhile, is capable of producing a wide range of high-quality printed home textiles and is also ideally suited to sublimation onto hard substrates such as table tops, mugs, cutlery, vases and coasters.
The company will also team up with DMI, the German Fashion Institute, to show textile designers and producers how they can create, proof – using an Epson Stylus Pro 4900 printer – and digitally print their textile colours all the way from mood board to the final product using spring/summer 2017 trend colours.
Visitors to the stand will also see the textile printer in action as it prints directly on to fabric and personalises aprons, cushions and other textile products.
Richard Barrow, senior product manager, Epson Europe, said, ‘Epson offers a range of reliable and flexible inkjet printers to deliver exactly the benefits the textile industry needs – an opportunity to create and produce a wide range of customised home textiles and products easily and cost-effectively. At Heimtextil, we aim to show that, using Epson technology, anyone can achieve superior-quality results on textiles and rigid substrates.’
