The Pressero software across a range of devices
Fujifilm has partnered with US web-to-print specialist Aleyant to offer its Pressero software to the European market.
Pressero is a full e-commerce web-to-print system, including integration with payment processing, which is not something Fujifilm has previously offered. The product will sit alongside its in-house offering XMF Remote, a job submission and tracking tool to support established client relationships.
Under the deal Fujifilm will identify prospective customers and Aleyant will be responsible for consultancy, deployment and support.
Aleyant has also developed an integration between Pressero and Fujifilm’s XMF workflow to ensure implementation is as easy as possible for Fujifilm customers.
‘We are excited to be bringing this new, full service offering to our customer and prospect base,’ said Fujifilm Europe marketing manager for workflow solutions John Davies. ‘The tools and technologies in the web-to-print space have undergone a significant evolution and we did our homework to find the best approach – not only for today but for the future. We have been impressed with the quality of the Pressero solution, Aleyant’s team and vision, and how easy it has been to work with them in getting this integration completed.’
Aleyant was established in 2005 and has an extensive presence in its home market in North America. It already has a few European installations. Mr Davies added that the two firms would reveal details of the first joint customers soon.
