The Rotax printing on to a bottle using the ‘plug and play’ system
Croatia-based Azonprinter will present its latest innovation, Azon RIP software, CONTI option with a bulk-ink system and ‘plug and play’ Azon Rotax adapter alongside its full product range at Fespa Digital 2016.
The new RIP software allows printers to: print ADA- compliant and Braille script up to five layers in inline mode depending on the resolution, to create embossed or raised print up to 2 mm, control printhead nozzle count, Wizard-based ICC media profile creation for custom colour profile and Smart Hot folders for automated workflow.
The CONTI upgrade option has six bulk ink tanks with specially designed monitoring sensors, each holding 500 ml of ink and is easy to handle. The ‘plug and play’ system for bottle printing on UV A3, A1 and B0 Indy machines will be presented too. The possibilities of digital printing have been increased due to a specially designed rotary adapter. Rotax allows printing on a range of cylindrical objects with a diameter ranging from 41 to 127 mm and height up to 279 mm and it is possible to print more varied print applications.
