The GI Solutions Group directors
To support the continued growth of the business as a marketing services provider, GI Solutions has completed a management buyout (MBO).
The changes have resulted in the management team taking an interest in the business from Grove although individuals from the latter have returned as shareholders.
CEO Patrick Headley confirmed, ‘We needed to bring in key directors to align the business for growth. Alistair Ezzy as managing director of GI Solutions and Darren Crawford as managing director of GI Red have joined the board alongside Andy Wood who remains managing director of GI Insight and Simon Lisser, group finance director. Robin Welch continues as executive chairman.
Alongside the other directors, Mr Headley’s role will be to look at the long term development and growth of GI Solutions. The main focus will be on strengthening the core value the group brings to customers under the banner of data, create, communicate.
Mr Headley continued, ‘GI Solutions Group delivers excellent customer value for online and offline data insight, creative ideas and multichannel communication. We will build on that strength to deepen our relationships and continue to put customers at the heart of our business.’
