A corporate restructure will take place at Swanline Print to facilitate the company’s on-going development.

Former managing director Nick Kirby took on the role of chief executive officer of the newly formed Swanline Print Group, whilst board director Richard Towers replaced Mr Kirby as managing director of Swanline Print Ltd.

Swanline Print Group has been founded as an umbrella for Swanline Print Ltd and its recently launched sister company Swanline Paper and Board. The move is a consequence of the continuing evolution and expansion of all of the company’s operations, underpinned by a commitment to investment and development in both technical resources and highly skilled staff. Mr Kirby explained, ‘These changes will not impact significantly on the running of Swanline; they are intended primarily to maximise developments over the last couple of years and to clarify the structure of the business for the workforce, customers, partners and suppliers. We expect the process will be seamless but at the same time help to re-establish the direction in which we will be steering the business over the coming years, embracing change and evolving in order to achieve our full potential.’

As a specialist 100% trade only services provider to the corrugated packaging and point-of-sale markets, the company offers a portfolio of print, conversion and finishing services. It has a team of experts on hand to advise every step of the way. The design team enhances the quality and turnaround time of any POS or packaging project, from functional counter displays and shelf ready packaging to elaborate novelty packs and floor standing display units.
