Moore Blatch solicitors will offer a free face to face law clinic for technology businesses at its City of London office during London Technology week from 20 to 26 June.
The one hour sessions will take place between 22 and 24 June and cover specific issues that technology businesses face such as raising money, technology contracts, software development and licensing, technology law issues and technology related regulations such as data protection among other issues.
John Warchus, a partner at Moore Blatch, said, ‘We are offering these law clinics to support London Technology week and because we want to help businesses by demystifying some of the concerns they may have over legal issues or even contacting lawyers at all. Good advice is not always complicated or expensive.’
The clinics will take place at Moore Blatch’s City of London office and will provide access to a specialist commercial and technology legal expert.
