Xerox UK has been chosen as a supplier for the National Education Printer Agreement (NEPA), providing technology and managed print solutions to the higher and further education sectors.
The NEPA framework agreement, with an estimated value of £10 million this year, will run for two years (with two possible one year extensions) and is set to deliver cost efficiencies in print services to universities, further education colleges and other not-for-profit organisations.
The NEPA framework agreement was awarded by six regional higher education procurement and purchasing consortia, led by the North Eastern Universities purchasing consortia (NEUPC).
Xerox will work with the consortia’s members to better manage their diverse printing requirements, support mobile printing, drive cost savings and reduce their environmental impact.
‘Being chosen as an official supplier for the NEPA framework is a testament to Xerox’s long commitment to supporting the provision of improved services to the UK national education sector,’ said Stephen Young, UK framework manager, Xerox UK. ‘This agreement demonstrates how Xerox can help significantly reduce costs while improving efficiencies in higher education and further education.’
