An InkTec engineer working on a Jetrix RX3200
InkTec has opened an additional service centre in the North of England to offer technical support for Jetrix printers.
The new centre near Newcastle will provide support delivered by InkTec’s current operation out of Witney, but with more rapid with response times.
Two engineers based at the new centre will be completely involved in any installation in the area, while giving full training and in-depth technical consulting. Advice will continued to be offered over the phone from the Witney office, with machines being reviewed online, when required.
‘The opening of our Northern service centre builds on our commitment to the region,’ said Joey Kim, managing director of InkTec Europe. ‘We have no doubt that this will probably be the start of several regional service centres being established.’
