DFS has used the Traxx quick-change frame and banner system distributed by RGVA to refresh the printed banners on its commercial vehicle fleet.
Each banner is printed using UV inks and EFI Vutek HS Pro printers, with the designs applied to 450gsm banner material that is fully recyclable. The new liveries have been developed to function as individual moving billboards, celebrating the furniture retailer’s staff, customers and products.
‘RGVA showed us last year just how rapidly the system can transform the fleet,’ said Kimberley Knowles, production manager at DFS. ‘We developed two concepts and ultimately loved both, and as each Traxx banner is printed individually it was just as easy to go with both. Our fleet provides an opportunity to reach a huge audience right across the UK.’
