With six built-in spot colors, FlexiPrint Authorized 3M Traffic Edition enables traffic signage production
SAi, in collaboration with 3M, has launched FlexiPrint Authorized 3M Traffic Edition, a design-to-output traffic signage package that is powered by SAi’s Flexi software.
Compatible with HP 300 and 500 Series printers, the new solution combines Flexi’s capabilities with six ASTM (an international standards organisation that develops and publishes voluntary consensus technical standards) traffic signage colours. With it, print businesses can add production of traffic-compliant signage to their portfolios.
FlexiPrint Traffic Edition guarantees traffic colour output on selected 3M substrates including 3M Diamond Grade DG3 Reflective Sheeting Series 4000 and 3M High Intensity Prismatic Reflective Sheeting Series 3930 when used on the appropriate HP Latex printers. Software features include interactive tiling and automated and manual nesting, which optimise material usage and so minimise waste. Other capabilities include the option to simultaneously drive two wide-format printers for higher throughput.
