Polish printer Druk24h has reported improved efficiency and workflow automation following the introduction of Fujifilm’s Revoria Press PC1120 and XMF PressReady workflow software.
Founded in 1994, Druk24h operates three sites across Warsaw, including a central retail outlet that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The company serves a wide customer base, ranging from individual walk-in clients requiring urgent print jobs to corporate customers placing large-volume orders.
The Revoria Press PC1120 was installed in September 2023 and is now used as the main device for small-format production. The press handles a range of SRA3 applications, including brochures, flyers and business cards, and supports Druk24h’s on-demand production model.
In early 2024, the company introduced Fujifilm’s XMF PressReady following a trial period. The workflow system automates job processing across multiple devices, including digital presses, large-format printers and finishing equipment. According to Druk24h, this has simplified production and reduced turnaround times by enabling staff to trigger automated workflows through standardised file naming.
Krzysztof Wiśniewski, production manager, Druk24h, commented: “The Revoria Press PC1120 gives us the quality and reliability to deliver, while XMF PressReady allows us to automate and streamline production across multiple devices. That combination has transformed the way we work, especially for urgent, last-minute jobs.”
Paweł Grot, founder and CEO of Druk24h, added: “We’re thrilled with the new Revoria Press PC1120 and XMF PressReady. Quality of print is a top priority at Druk24h, considering we’re printing around the clock, and Fujifilm delivers above and beyond. The press prints more accurately than anything I’ve seen before, even unique spot colours – such as my personal favourite, Pantone 021 C. We are excited to drive our business to new heights with these creative print solutions.”
The investment was supported by MKPress, a Fujifilm-authorised distributor in Poland, which assisted with the implementation of the workflow system. Fujifilm’s local technical team also provided installation support and ongoing service, including access to spare parts to minimise downtime.
Agnieszka Głowacka, national sales manager graphic communications, Fujifilm Poland, said: “Druk24h is a perfect example of how combining our world-class digital print engines with our advanced workflow solutions can help businesses thrive in high-pressure, fast-turnaround environments.”
