Ricoh UK has launched the Ricoh Unity Partner Programme, a new initiative designed to formalise and expand its approach to partner engagement, with a focus on capability development, collaboration, and long-term growth.
The programme introduces a structured framework that recognises both commercial performance and technical expertise, while offering partners a clearer progression path and access to additional support tools and resources.
The Ricoh Unity Partner Programme is built around four tiered levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level reflects a partner’s growth and maturity within the Ricoh ecosystem, with higher tiers unlocking increased benefits, support resources, and commercial advantages. Ricoh says the structure is intended to provide a transparent pathway for partners to develop over time, rather than focusing solely on short-term revenue performance.
In addition to the tiered levels, the programme introduces specialisms aligned with Ricoh’s strategic portfolio. These specialisms are designed to recognise the depth of a partner’s involvement across the customer engagement lifecycle. Partners can be classified as Specialist, Expert, or Elite depending on whether their capabilities span sales alone, sales and pre-sales, or sales, pre-sales, and technical delivery.
According to Ricoh, this approach allows the programme to reward technical proficiency, customer commitment, certifications, and market expertise, alongside financial performance and brand loyalty. As partners progress through the programme, they gain access to a broader range of benefits, including exclusive partner events, an online Partner Portal, collaborative business planning tools, incentive opportunities and new automated tools aimed at simplifying engagement with Ricoh.
A key component of the programme is the Partner Capability Assessment, which evaluates organisations to determine their entry point into the programme and identify development opportunities. The assessment takes into account both historical financial performance and current operational capabilities, with the aim of positioning partners effectively from the outset.
Rowan Jeffreys-Hoar, director of partner channel at Ricoh UK, said: “We are delighted to introduce Ricoh Unity to the UK market – a programme designed to strengthen collaboration and drive growth. Unity reflects our belief that sustainable success comes through genuine partnership. By investing in our partners’ capabilities and providing the tools, training, and support they need, we continue to help them succeed and deliver exceptional value to their customers.”
Ricoh confirmed that the Unity Partner Programme will be rolled out in phases across additional countries over the coming months, with implementation tailored to regional market requirements.
