EFI is showcasing new productivity and automation enhancements across its portfolio of digital inkjet printers at Printing United Expo 2025 in Orlando, Florida. The company is also displaying a wide variety of printed samples from its sign and display, packaging, and textile printers at booth 1542.

Among the highlights on display is the EFI VUTEk Q3h XP high-speed hybrid printer, now equipped with new software that delivers faster RIP times and improved smoothing. The 3.2m VUTEk M3h hybrid printer is also being shown with several new options, including media edge guides for corrugated boards, a dual split shaft unwinder/winder for two-up roll printing, clear ink for decorative effects, and a multi-layer printing feature capable of up to nine layers in any colour.
The 3.5m VUTEk X3r roll-to-roll LED printer is being demonstrated with two new inline finishing options: automatic Y-slitters for consistent trimming and Smart Slide, an automatic stacking system that streamlines handling and reduces operator workload.
EFI is also previewing EFInsight, a cloud-based intelligence platform that gathers real-time production data to provide insights into efficiency and performance. Originally developed for EFI Nozomi presses, EFInsight will become available for EFI roll-to-roll printers in 2026.
