Agfa has signed a new reseller agreement with Artwork Systems Nordic to distribute its Anapurna range of wide-format inkjet printers and inks in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
The deal formalises a longstanding relationship between the two companies and gives Artwork Systems Nordic the right to sell Agfa’s Anapurna portfolio across the three countries on a non-exclusive basis.
Based in Denmark, Artwork Systems Nordic has nearly three decades of experience in the graphic arts sector, supplying software and hardware focused on workflow optimisation and process automation. The company has built a strong presence across Scandinavia, with a particular focus on solutions that enhance profitability and efficiency for print service providers.
Paw Meng Mortensen, director at Artwork Systems Nordic, said: “We are really excited about this new partnership with Agfa. This move to add the Anapurna brand to our portfolio is a natural expansion of our product range, as it provides a choice of wide-format options and fills a gap in our current offering.”
The collaboration expands Agfa’s reseller network in Northern Europe and builds on previous joint initiatives between the two companies, including shared presence at regional events and trade shows.
Nils-Arne Sletten, sales manager at Agfa, commented: “We’ve worked with Artwork Systems Nordic for several years now and so when it came to appointing an additional distributor for the Anapurna range in the Nordic region, we knew they would be the perfect fit. They have a strong established presence in this market with a reputation for excellence, and this collaboration will ensure their customers have greater access to our innovative solutions. We look forward to working with Artwork Systems Nordic to bring even more value and excellence to the Nordic sign and display sector.”
Agfa’s Anapurna series includes hybrid and roll-to-roll printers targeted at sign and display printers seeking versatile, high-quality UV-curable inkjet solutions.
