Konica Minolta has expanded its production print offering with the launch of the AccurioPress C10500 and C10500S, completing its C14010 series. Designed for commercial printers, in-house print rooms and high-volume enterprises, the new presses combine fast output with automation tools aimed at increasing efficiency and minimising operator intervention.

Both models deliver print speeds of up to 105 pages per minute and handle a wide range of media types, including heavy stock up to 450gsm, long sheets up to 1300mm, and specialist substrates such as polyester, embossed papers and envelopes. The systems produce high-quality output on coloured, clear and metallic materials, making them suitable for a variety of high-impact applications.

Automation is central to the new models. Each is equipped with Konica Minolta’s IQ-601 Intelligent Quality Optimizer, which automatically manages colour profiles and registration in real-time, and the IM-104 Intelligent Media Sensor, which detects paper type and weight to reduce setup time and error. These features are designed to support continuous, unattended production with consistent results.

The C10500S variant includes support for a fifth colour, such as white toner, opening up opportunities for creative and design-led applications. Both models use Simitri V toner technology, which enables lower fusing temperatures for reduced energy consumption and supports an offset-like matte finish.

Malcolm Smith, category manager – professional print at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, said: “The AccurioPress C10500 and C10500S add exciting new options to our C14010 range, expanding our target audience and enabling a broad spectrum of print businesses to better utilise their operators’ time by working smarter by utilising greater automation, without sacrificing quality and consistency.”
