Fujifilm has named Soyang Europe as the official UK distributor for its new Acuity Triton printer, which features the manufacturer’s Aquafuze ink technology.

Soyang Europe has been distributing Fujifilm’s Acuity Prime and Acuity Ultra models since 2023. The new partnership positions the company to bring the Triton to market through a full-service approach, combining hardware expertise and media supply.

Mark Mashiter, managing director at Soyang Europe, said: “Our relationship with Fujifilm has always been about more than just selling machines. It’s an open, collaborative partnership, where we work together to bring the right solutions to the market at the right time.”

He described the Acuity Triton as “a true innovation in the wide format sector,” offering improvements over traditional latex and solvent technologies in terms of flexibility, sustainability, and performance. Soyang plans to install a demonstration unit at its Rochdale HQ and will run a customer engagement and training programme to support the UK rollout of the Triton and Aquafuze.

Andy Webb, UK wide format sales manager at Fujifilm, said: “Soyang Europe has consistently proven to be a trusted partner, with the technical expertise and customer focus that align perfectly with our values. The launch of the Acuity Triton and Aquafuze marks an exciting new chapter for Fujifilm.”

The new agreement will leverage Soyang’s established customer base and day-to-day engagement to accelerate market adoption of the new platform.
