The new digital paper swatch sets.

Paper supplier Antalis McNaughton has launched a new digital print oriented website, Digital To Business (www.digital2business.co.uk).

The company said it will contain news, ideas, trends, tips and tools and the opportunity to share expertise, experience and best practice throughout the whole digital print supply chain. It covers subjects from design concept to finishing, packing and posting.

Accompanying this is a pair of Digital To Business paper swatches intended to help show printers which material to chose for best results. These swatches are for HP Indigo presses and dry toner presses.

The new website is part of the company’s Digital to Business initiative. This comprise three main elements; developing product ranges adapted to digital technologies, the d2b website itself; and ‘working with key players in the market to leverage the new business and communication opportunities presented by digital advances.’

According to PIRA digital print currently accounts for 15% of the printing market, said Antalis. ‘Thanks to digital printing and its ability to integrate personalised, targeted information, the printed medium has a new role to play in a company’s communication mix and can bring real added value,, said Chloe Thacker, marketing communication manager. ‘We want to support customers faced with the many challenges of this ever changing market through a relevant and exciting website and a range of products.’
