Mimaki’s premium RIP packages are available for a large number of Microsoft customers as the RasterLink Pro 5 and RasterLink 6 software now both support the Windows 8 operating system.
The latest version of the two software programs, packaged with the company’s range of wide format inkjet printers, can be downloaded from the company’s website or buy using the applications inbuilt web update function. This is available for customers using RasterLink Pro 5 and all customers who have full versions of RasterLink 6.
The two systems are fully featured PostScript Level 3 RIP packages, customised to the particular traits of each range of the company’s printers. Powerful spot colour support and versatile image editing functions allow users to achieve the best results from their systems and integration with the FineCut plugin enables seamless print and cut workflows for users with additional cutting plotters.
