Precision Printing has taken a controlling stake in First 2 Print for an undisclosed fee and has become a partner in the start up YourWalls.co.uk.
First 2 Print will now trade under Precision’s recently refreshed brand for the offline business and the online brands WhereTheTradeBuys.com and YourWalls.com will trade as before.
The executive team at First 2 Print will remain in place led by Martyn Young managing director and operations director Donna Young who together will work to deliver the aggressive business plan for both the online and offline businesses out of the Sunderland site.
However big changes are in store for the company, which will see an expansion of the Sunderland site to 14,000 sq/ft and the installation of a HP Indigo digital 7500 with a further investment in wide format equipment planned.
