International Paper has appointed Premier Paper Group as a distributor for its paper brand, HP Everyday Papers, in the UK market.
The range is currently stocked and distributed in the UK by paper merchant Antalis, Staples and Office Depot. The appointment of Premier follows International Paper’s recently announced intent to add another distributor for HP Everyday Papers.
International Paper’s country manager for the UK & Ireland, Antony Mackie, said, ‘We are very excited to announce the addition of The Premier Paper Group to the HPEDP distribution family in the UK. It provides the market with further choice and gives us a wider distribution network to guarantee the availability and service our customers demand and expect from the brand. The move ensures the necessary coverage for the HPEDP brand in the office papers reseller and end user channels, which allows us to build on the brand’s already strong reputation.

The range offers a product to meet all application, budgetary and performance requirements whilst delivering on quality performance and reliability characteristics associated with the brand. All this underwritten with strong environmental credentials across the range. Today’s addition to our distribution network reinforces our objectives to deliver on all of the above and build on the brands already strong reputation whilst ensuring the consumer has the choice and service they require.’
Premier business papers director, Matthew Fisher, added, ‘The Premier Paper Group excels at selling branded papers and we are delighted to be appointed as a distributor. We can now offer the HPEDP brand to all of our customers across the UK. I am excited at the challenge of driving forward sales of this market leading brand.’
