CDi Yorkshire is holding its annual Visual Media Conference at The Rose Bowl, Leeds, on 22 March, which is aimed at members of the creative, digital, print and packaging sectors.
‘There is a real sense of confidence in the creative and digital industries in the region,’ said chief executive Robert McClements. ‘CDi Yorkshire is emerging as the “go-to” organisation helping to secure funding, create job opportunities and providing advice.’
The free-to-attend event follows on from last year’s ‘sell-out’ and CDi Yorkshire is promising the event will be lifted to a new level. It will also use a multi-sensory brand campaign to promote the event, which delegates will assess as part of the event.
Speakers include Jon Bailey, managing director of print firm ProCo; Gavin Shore creative director of digital marketing agency Jaywing and Jamie Cregan, research and insight director at independent creative media agency MC&C.
Confirmed sessions include Mr Cregan’s titled ‘Print is undervalued but who is to blame?’ Mr Bailey will present a session with HP marketing manager Oana Manolache titled ‘Print is not dead. It’s evolving, it’s the end game.’ Digital Printer’s Smart Directions is media partner for the event. For more see: http://visualmediaconference.com/
