Roland DG has launched a 64-inch latex printer/cutter, the TrueVis AG-640, which the company says combines low running costs, high output quality, expanded colours, dense white ink, and integrated contour cutting.
According to the company, the AG-640 is the world’s first latex printer with integrated cutting functionality, enabling users to contour cut and print inline. The AG-640 built to handle a variety of work ranging from wraps, wallcoverings, banners and posters, to stickers, labels and decals where print-and-cut capabilities can help simplify production.

The AG-640 uses Roland DG’s TA-2 water-based latex inks and the latest piezo printheads to deliver high-precision dot control and consistent, high-definition output across a wide range of media.
In addition to standard CMYK, the inclusion of Orange and Red inks expands the colour gamut, enabling vibrant colour reproduction. High-density white ink further extends creative possibilities, supporting graphics and applications on transparent, coloured, and specialty materials.
The integrated optimiser ensures stable ink placement and improved adhesion, particularly on commonly used sign media such as PVC, delivering reliable, high-quality results every time.
Designed with versatility at its core, the AG-640 supports a broad range of applications, including signage and display graphics, vehicle graphics, window displays, exhibition and event visuals, and customised interior décor.
