Mr Stephenson, who spent nearly 27 years with Fujifilm Graphic Communications in Europe, is now offering his experience in presentation, hosting, and content creation to a broader set of clients within the print sector. The new venture focuses on delivering clear, audience-focused messaging designed to improve engagement and build stronger connections between brands and their audiences.

Through The Spark Organisation, Mr Stephenson will support organisations with promotional activities including event hosting, moderating discussions, and presenting products and services across live, video, and online formats. His approach is positioned around making complex or technical messages more accessible and memorable.

“I couldn’t resist the opportunity to work with some of the best in the print industry.” Said Mr Stephenson. “I’ve become close to many top companies and made some great friends due to my involvement with the Independent Print Industries Association. Now I hope to apply what I’ve learned to help them each an even greater, more diverse audience.”

Mr Stephenson has already secured a number of collaborations. These include working with The Print Show, where he will host the Knowledge Zone at the NEC in Birmingham this September, and a new content series titled Diary of a Castaway, which is set to launch with media platform Print Island later this month.

“There are more partnerships to announce soon,” said Mr Stephenson. “I’m genuinely excited by what lies ahead. Don’t even mention retirement!”

The launch reflects a growing emphasis within the print industry on communication, storytelling, and audience engagement as businesses look to differentiate themselves and add value beyond production.
