Mimaki has confirmed that its large-format printer, UCJV330 series, and its UV-curable inks, LUS-170 and LUS-175, used in the printer have been approved for the 3M MCS Warranty Program.
The 3M MCS Warranty Program is a graphics warranty which provides non-prorated warranty coverage for the graphic’s intended lifespan, including protection against fading, cracking, peeling, blistering, discoloration, and other aspects of graphic performance. It is intended to provide print service companies and their customers with the peace of mind and confidence that their graphics will perform as expected for the intended lifetime of the printed graphic.
Mimaki said the certification enables the company to offer customers not only time performance and high application performance in graphic production, such as signage and vehicle wraps, but also the added value of long-term durability warranty.
The company added that the addition of its product line to the 3M MCS Warranty Program further strengthens the cooperation between both companies. Customers can expect greater confidence in the quality of graphics production using the products and solutions offered by both companies, stated Mimaki.
