Paragon Group acquires Groupe Bernard

Paragon Group is an international organisation, with offices in over 20 countries
Paragon Group, the company that acquired Kingswood iOptus in 2018, has confirmed that it has also snapped up fellow French firm Groupe Bernard.
Groupe Bernard manages business processes, including paper and digital document management, for other companies. The business itself will now will be integrated into the Paragon Customer Communications (PCC) Division.
John Rogers, executive director of corporate development at Paragon, explained the acquisition. ‘Paragon Group intends to continue its acquisitive growth across Europe to help strengthen its customer offering and broaden its range of business processes and customer communications solutions.’
Jean-Loup Lemonnier, general manager of Groupe Bernard added, ‘Being part of the Paragon Group is a testimony to the quality and expertise of our teams, but above all, it is a great opportunity for growth and therefore for the long-term sustainability of our jobs. Moreover, this move will allow us to rise from a well-established provider to key player of in the market.’
