ProCo’s Andy Lydiatt: ‘we can tailor services for our clients’

Further to months of discussions which culminated at an international Dscoop event in March, Sheffield- and Stansted-based ProCo has signed up for Infigo software’s Catfish and MegaEdit web-to-print software to improve productivity and expand its offering.

The ability of the Catfish web-to-print portal and MegaEdit VDP template design software to mesh smoothly with ProCo’s existing OneFlow workflow and Tharstern MIS was a key factor in the decision. It is anticipated that the complete combination will allow ProCo to gain production efficiencies, increase it productivity and promote a wider range of products and services to existing and new customers.

ProCo managing director Giles Bowes commented, ‘We had been searching for the correct fit for ProCo for some time; we are keen to fully automate and needed a solution that could move us towards this goal and at the same time seamlessly integrate with our existing MIS and workflow systems. Infigo impressed us with their ability to meet all of our requirements, and with the adaptability of their offering, so that by no means did it feel like an off-the-shelf solution. We’re excited by the new B2C opportunities this collaboration allows us to offer new and existing clients and the new markets this can open for us.’

Andy Lydiatt, technical services director at ProCo, added, ‘It allows us to focus on the next stage of developing products and looking after the customer experience. We can tailor services for our clients depending on whether they want to build their service out of portions of Catfish or OneFlow – it is fully customisable at their end.’

Customer success director at Infigo, Greg Young, said, ‘We are hugely excited to be working with ProCo, having initially met some of their team a few years ago. They are a forward-thinking company, working with some big organisations, and we cannot wait to get started! There is huge potential for them to grow their online print business using Catfish, especially with the key integrations with their pre-existing software tools. I’m sure this is the start of what will become a very exciting partnership.’
